ENTRIES CLOSE:

Monday 13th August 2018 at 7.00 pm, with The Race Secretary. Email in plain text, to kennedyz@xtra.co.nz. Entry fees must be paid by race day.

NOTE:

This event is for registered runners only. Competitors must have their registration
processed by the CENTRE REGISTRATION SECRETARY before the entries close.

ENTRY FORM:

Please list runners in numerical order according to their registration number. The event in which they are competing MUST be included. Results for underage athletes up to and including Grade 14 will be shown in one-year age groups. Please state on the entry form, the age of these athletes as at 31/12/18. Masters athletes will be shown in five-year age groups according to their age on race day. Please state their age as on race day on the entry form

NUMBERS/TIMING CHIPS:

ALL competitors MUST wear their computer chipped registration number on the front of their uniform. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

MEDALS:

Medals will be awarded to the 3 fastest runners in 2 year age groups in grades below grade 15, Men & Women U18, Men and Women U20, Men and Women 20/21/22, Open Men & Women, Masters Men & Women 35-49, Masters Men & Women 50 and over, Masters Men 65 and over and Masters Men 80 and over.

NOMINATIONS:

Nominations for the Canterbury team for the New Zealand Road Championships in Cambridge are to be handed into the caravan as soon as possible after the last race. Forms can be printed from Athletics Canterbury website.

PLEASE NOTE:

We expect the usual high standard of conduct by athletes and spectators.

If you bring a dog, for the safety of competitors, please keep it on a lead.
